History
Who We Are
We are the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch), Inc., a Church that upholds the belief that it is the continuation of the early biblical Christian believers in these last days.
We stand as ambassadors of God through His sent one, the Goodman of the House, the Apostle in the End-Time. Today, the Church continues to grow and is now present across nearly all seven continents of the world.
We are committed to bringing the transformational Gospel to people everywhere. We uphold and protect apostolic teachings grounded in the Bible, guiding believers toward a life that reflects the will of God.
A Church Built on Biblical Foundation
In 1973, Arsenio T. Ferriol registered the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
When asked in what capacity he was registering the Church, he boldly declared:
“I was personally called by Christ to be a minister.”
From the beginning, the Church has stood firmly on the authority of the Bible. The Apostle taught the truth of apostolic leadership in preaching God’s Word and emphasized living in the same spirit as the early Church.
He carried a deep desire to prepare believers for the return of the Lord Jesus Christ. That same urgency continues to define the Church today.
Apostolic Leadership and Biblical Lifestyle
As a true disciple of Christ, Apostle Arsenio lived a life that reflected biblical discipline and devotion.
He dedicated his life fully to the work of God. His passion for prayer shaped the spiritual culture of the Church. Across local congregations, daily morning devotion became a consistent practice.
Biblical worship was restored in meaningful ways. This included kneeling in reverence and the regular observance of Holy Communion.
Through his leadership, believers were taught not only to hear the Word, but to live it.
Church Growth and Global Expansion
Within just six years of its founding, the Church expanded rapidly, establishing congregations in 23 provinces across the Philippines.
Today, there are approximately 600 local churches in the country, with many more established internationally. The Philippines remains the mother country of the Church, where believers continue to gather faithfully in worship.
This growth is a testimony to the power of the Gospel and the commitment of the Church to reach communities with truth and purpose.
A Legacy of Leadership Continues
The mission entrusted to Apostle Arsenio continues today under the leadership of Jonathan S. Ferriol.
With steadfast leadership and a clear vision, he continues to guide the Church toward greater spiritual growth, global outreach, and deeper commitment to God’s work in these last days.
The calling remains the same. The mission continues to move forward with strength and clarity.
Our Church Motto
“Holiness and Service unto the Lord”
This motto reflects the Church’s conviction to live a life that is pleasing to God through dedication, discipline, and righteous living.
Every believer is encouraged to consecrate themselves and pursue a life marked by sincerity, humility, and obedience.
Our Vision
A glorious Church found in all the countries of the world, ready and perfect for the Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our Foundation in Scripture
“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die.” – John 11:25-26
This verse reflects the foundation of the Church’s belief. It declares the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
The Church believes that the resurrection of Jesus is the ultimate proof that God is alive and faithful. Those who believe in Him will be transformed and will live with Him forever.
This is the hope that anchors every believer.
Our Connection to the Pentecostal Movement
The strength of the Church is rooted in its connection to the early Church established during Pentecost.
The calling received by Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol aligns with the biblical standard of the true Church. It reflects the same power, purpose, and authority seen in the early believers.
After the first century, many sought to preserve the original nature of the Church. Today, that same calling continues to be fulfilled through the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch).
The Mission Continues
Across generations, in every season, and in every place, the work of God continues.
Today, that same invitation is extended to you.
Not just to hear, but to understand.
Not just to observe, but to experience.
Not just to believe, but to live a life rooted in His Word.
If you are searching for clarity, direction, or a deeper relationship with God, this is your moment to take a step closer.
Where you are now matters.
And where you go next can shape everything.
